Case Study: TDA Hippie Trail

In this project we partnered with TDA Global Cycling while 14 cyclists traveled 2,750km across India.

Managing their Youtube and Instagram accounts, the goal was to create 5 films and capture daily photos to showcase how cycling across India offers a unique and immersive journey into diverse landscapes and cultures.

Synopsis:

It all begins with an idea, and ours was to capture the mental and physical benefits of cycling combined with the intimate and unique perspective it provides. This short promotion highlights the rich landscape and culture of India, while demonstrating the unparalleled perspective gained from the saddle.

Real stories

Each film within this project centered on telling authentic stories that would draw in viewers to evoke love and understanding. The goal was to expand the perspective of the viewer, encouraging them to imagine the boundaries of their own capabilities, dreaming of what is possible within their own life.

To do so, the focus was simple: demonstrate genuine curiosity, allowing interviewees to take the lead and share their stories at their own pace. By asking open-ended questions that encourage detailed responses, we were committed to understanding the candidate's journey in order to accurately share it with the world.

WHY WE CYCLE.

Synopsis:

Focusing on the true nature behind “why we cycle”, this vignette centers on Jody, a native of Massachusetts who was stuck in a personal rut back home looking for a change of scenery. With a slight nudge from her sister, Karen, and brother-in-law, Brian, Jody embraced the challenge of her first ever cycling tour, exploring the mental freedom and growth it offers along the way.
